Unfortunately, no. Access to the property is by appointment only and during your contracted venue access times.
We keep the clean-up process really simple at Beacon Ridge. You are only responsible for what is yours. That includes any decor items, personal belongings and gifts. Beacon Ridge staff will handle all standard clean up following the wedding reception. Catering is responsible for food related cleanup including bussing tables, taking our trash and sweeping the buffet area.
At Beacon Ridge we have an open-vendor policy. You are able to bring in any licensed vendor that you would like, including the caterer of your choice, with no restrictions. We have a list of preferred vendors that you are welcome to choose from but we do not require you to use anyone on that list. However, we encourage you to do your due diligence and research them properly. We have a Preferred Vendors List available for our booked couples that is a good starting point.
All events at Beacon Ridge must end at 11:00PM. The music needs to end at by 10:30 PM on Friday/Saturday and 9PM Monday-Thursday to allow sufficient time for your guests and vendors to pack up and leave the venue.

However, please be assured that we are diligently working towards expanding our services to include lodging options in the future. Yes, beer and wine can be provided at your event, no liquor allowed on the property. No glass bottle beer.
Every client must purchase a day of, event liability insurance policy. This can be done in minutes online through Event Helper or Eventsured. A damage deposit is also required and then refunded after event if all rules are followed and property is not damaged.
Yes, we have a preferred vendor list to be helpful to all of our clients. We do not limit you and welcome new vendors as long as they follow our policies.
