Beacon Ridge offers an ideal setting for your corporate or non-profit day conference. We offer state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment to present materials most effectively. Different seating configurations are available. Outdoor areas are also ideal for team building activities or to simply sit, reflect, innovate, and create.

Featured Amenities for Conferences and Meetings

Tables and Chairs

Beacon can provide up to 20 round tables and up to 8 chairs per table for your event. Other table configurations are available. Outdoor seating for gazebo lawn events and wrap-around porch is also available.

Specialty Linens

Beacon Ridge has an inventory of specialty linens in select colors.  Linens include table cloths and napkins. Additional fabric is available on a limited basis for decorating stage, gazebo, and stairways.


A large, semi-circular stage is available for use in the main hall. The stage has a variety of stage lighting available and two side entrances. A private media room is adjacent to the stage to manage audiovisual activities.

Accent Lighting

Accent stage lighting can add to the ambiance of your special event. Various accent colors can be displayed to complement your chosen color scheme. Our support staff will demonstrate the available color options.


State-of-the-Art audiovisual equipment including hi-speed WiFi, projector, drop-down projection screen, and microphones. Our staff will provide support services to ensure smooth use of AV equipment.

Catering Kitchen

A catering kitchen is on-site and is available for restricted use. The kitchen includes multiple refrigeration units, preparation station, dishwasher, and warmers. A buffet hall is also available.

Setup and Takedown

Beacon Ridge support staff will assist in setting up tables and chairs for your event. We will also takedown tables and chairs once your event has concluded. Let us know if you also need changes during your event.
